Layer Features

The Layer Utilities toolbar includes the following components (each with its own icon):

• Layer Translator: AutoCAD Layer Translator dialog (Command: laytrans)

• Freeze Objects Layer: Layers of selected objects will be frozen

• Thaw All Layers: Thaws all layers in drawing

• Turn Objects Layer Off: Layers of selected objects will be turned off

• Turn All Layers On: Turns on all layers in drawing

• Lock Objects Layer: Layer of selected object will be locked

• Unlock Selected Layer: Layer of selected object will be unlocked

• Unlock All Layers: Unlock ALL layers

• Copy Objects to Objects Layer: Copy selected objects to a selected objects layer

• Move Objects to Current Layer: Changes the layer of selected objects to the current layer

• Change Objects to Objects Layer: Changes the layer of selected objects to the layer of a selected destination object

• Isolate Objects Layer: Layers of selected objects will be isolated

• Layer Options: Set the layer selection method to be used

• Help: Help describing the functions on the layer toolbar

• Unload Toolbar: Unload Layer Toolbar and Menu
